Where will you serve?  Start thinking about what position you would like to hold. All offices are open for nomination. Please let the Metro DC Chapter know which local positions you would like to run for by April 9th, 2018 (Deadline).  The elected positions are President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian. Dana Askew, NCCU Class of 1993 and past President of Metro DC Chapter from 2012-2014, is remembered for her dedication, drive, work in education for the development of students, and her love for our alma mater, Dear Ole NCC. In an effort to keep her legacy alive, the Dana Michelle Askew Scholarship has been established to help those who have potential, but lack the financial means to accomplish their collegiate goals.  The scholarship will help students who desire to teach at the post-secondary education level and will give hope and encouragement to those deserving young persons.
